Search engines are essentially fact finders. What works on Google tends to work on other search engines. That’s why most pros focus on Google Optimization. Google works by crawling, indexing, and ranking information according to keywords. The specific steps are as follows:
Crawling: The Googlebot visits new/updated pages and adds them to the index.
Indexing: Algorithms take into account user demand and perform quality checks.
Ranking: The end product is an up or downgraded ranking on the SERP page.
